Kelly A. Healy joins DSR Health Law as an Associate specializing in health care regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining DSR, Kelly worked in the Office of Legal Services at the California Department of Managed Health Care where she gained extensive knowledge of California’s health care delivery system.  While at the Department, Kelly advised on statutory and regulatory compliance issues, made legal and policy recommendations in implementing the Knox-Keene Act, and responded to sensitive and complex Public Records Act requests.  In addition, she handled negotiations, settlement agreements, and submissions to the State Personnel Board.
