DSR Health Law has been approved by the State Bar of California to serve as a Multiple Activity Provider (MAP).
This means that DSR is authorized to offer and grant credit for California Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) activities.
To qualify as legal education, a program must be directly relevant to active attorneys licensed by the State Bar. A significant portion of the program’s content must enhance the professional ability to practice law and be directly relevant to the attorney’s current knowledge of the law, including their obligations and professional standards.
As a provider, DSR offers MCLE presentations on topics such as the appellate process, credentialing and fair hearings, electronic discovery, and more.
Learn more about MCLE providers here.
