Denny is an attorney specializing in health care litigation. Prior to joining DSR, Denny worked at the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) leading the Department in complex litigation, including multiple published appellate cases. During his time at DHCS, Denny made legal and policy recommendations on a variety of issues, including, third party liability and recovery, audits and investigations, overpayments, supplemental payments, quality assurance fees, All Plan Letters, and managed care. Denny has also handled complex negotiations, administrative hearings, discovery, privacy issues, and Public Records Act requests.

Denny was born and raised in Sacramento and is a proud alumni of Christian Brothers High School. He is also a real estate broker and enjoys helping clients navigate transactions. In his spare time, Denny enjoys golfing, cars, and spending time with family.
